Hi, my name is Fahad Abu-Sag, I am from Saudi Arabia. I have been studying in ESLI McNeese for 3 months. I am an international student who speaks English as a second language. My experience in ESLI was joyful and helped me a lot to improve my English. ESLI teachers and faculty tried their best to help all the students to be better students ESLI teachers and faculty were more than family with me; they helped me inside and outside the class room. I liked Lake Charles since it is the perfect place for students who really want to focus on studying. The people of Lake Charles are the nicest people I’ve ever met. I recommend any one who wants to be good in the English language academically, especially in Writing and Grammar, to join ESLI.

My name is Khalid. I am going to University of Southern Indiana. Since the day one at ESLI I felt like am learning something new. My teachers are very kind and very help full and they want us to be good since we are so far from our families. Going to ESLI took us all to a new levels writing, reading, skills and speaking and listening are the main subjects, but I believe that am learning from every thing around me. ESLI took us to trips time after time to met a new people and see many new things. I like being one of ESLI student and I am still learning English and I believe that my English skills will be developed in the near future.

Education is very important for nations, so the improvement of nations is measured by education like art, scientist, and language. Learning another language should be taught to students. English language is the most common language in the whole world. As a result for that, students who aren’t native speakers go to learn English in specific institutes. ESLI (English as a Second Language International) is one of these institutes that teach the English language. I am studying in ESLI. If anyone asked me about my institute I can tell him. Class day is start from 9 AM until 3 PM so you will study full time. We have Saturday and Sunday off. So, if you are Muslim you can’t pray Algoma pray in specific time. The teachers are so friendly with students. For example, they spend time with student as much as possible. ESLI has three semesters likely that help students to learn as they can. In my opinion, the worst disadvantage in our institute is there are a lot of students from Saudi Arabia. During the class, the environment of studying is easy to understand. Moreover, the classes are generally new. For example, the classes in the library are very comfortable. Actually I can’t give you more details about my institute because I haven’t studied here long. Finally, learning another language is very interesting especially in Evansville. Next is learning about different cultures and different countries.
