Refund Policies vary depending on the school and circumstances.

Trinity Western University, Langley (Vancouver), B.C. CanadaAll refund cheques will be payable to the student. Refund cheques will only be issued once proper forms have been completed, signed and submitted. Tuition and Residence Hall Fees: During the first 5% of the program, 100% refund of the tuition and student
fees will be made less $150 withdrawal fee. During the next 5% of the program, 85% refund will
be made. With each additional 5% of the program completed, 10% less will be refunded. No refund will be given by the time 55% of the program is completed.
Application fee, enrolment deposit and $200 of the housing deposit are not refundable. Students will receive full refund of any unused homestay room, board and transportation fees after 30 days notice has expired. Phone deposits will be refunded 45 days
after the student leaves the homestay and after any outstanding phone bills have been paid. In the case of a full academic withdrawal or transfer out of the Langley campus, 100% refund will be given of remaining balance less $100 administrative fee. The TWU Security deposit will be refunded 60 days after the student withdraws from TWU, less Any outstanding
charges on the students account. If you are denied Student Authorization by a Canadian
Consulate or High Commission, to receive a full
refund you must send the Consulate's original rejection
letter to TWU/ESLI (letter will be returned on
request.) Without the original letter, TWU/ESLI will
not refund the application fee, the housing deposit,
plus 10% of the enrolment deposit.

Eastern University
St. Davids (Philadelphia), Pennsylvania USAThe student officially and completely withdrawing from the University may apply for a refund of applicable tuition according to the following scale. - 100% of tuition - during the first two weeks
- 50% of tuition - during the third week
No refunds thereafter. Room and meal charges are non-refundable after the first day of classes.

McNeese State University Lake Charles, Louisiana USAThe date that a student officially resigns from the university
determines whether tuition and fees are
refunded. The schedule refers to calendar days
including weekends, beginning with the first day of
classes as designated in the official university
calendar. Fall and Spring Semesters - Prior to 1st class day 100% minus $10.00
- 1st day through 14th day 80%
- 15th day through 21st day 60%
- 22nd day through 28th day 40%
- 29th day through 35th day 20%
- 36th day and later no refund
Summer Session - Prior to 1st class day 100% minus $10.00
- 1st day through 7th day 80%
- 8th day through 10th day 60%
- 11th day through 14th day 40%
- 15th day through 17th day 20%
- 18th day and later No Refund
Admission and residence hall application/reservation fees are non-refundable.
Residence hall security deposit is refunded when the student vacates the hall providing there is no damage to the room or its furnishings, and there is no balance owed on the room and board fee. Once a student signs a lease they are liable for paying rent for the remainder of that lease period.

Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, Texas USAThe student officially and completely withdrawing from the University may apply for a refund of applicable tuition and fees according to the following scale. Long Term: - 100% prior to the University's first official class day
- 80% during the first five class days
- 70% during the second five class days
- 50% during the third five class days
- 25% during the fourth five class days
No refund thereafter Summer Sessions: - 100% prior to the University's first official class day
- 80% during the first, second or third class day
- 50% during the fourth, fifth or sixth class day
No refund during the seventh class day and thereafter.

West Texas A&M University Canyon, Texas USANo refunds can be made until after the third week of
classes. Refunds are processed in order of receipt
and may require eight weeks and are based on the following
decreasing schedule: Fall and Spring Semesters - 100%-(Less 10% matriculation fee or $15, whichever is less
before the published University first class day; - 80%- During first five class days;
- 70%- During second five class days;
- 50% - During the third five class days
- 25% - During the fourth five class days
No refund thereafter. Summer Session - 100%-(Less 10% matriculation fee or $15, whichever is less
before the published University first class day; - 80%- During first five class days;
- 50%- During second five class days;
- 22nd day through 28th day 40%
- 25%- During third five class days;
No refund after third five class days.

Western Kentucky University Bowling Green, Kentucky USAA refund of tuition fees shall be made if the student
officially withdraws or is dismissed from the
University during the first nine weeks of a regular
semester. The refunded portion of the fees shall be
based on the following schedule: Fall and Spring Semesters - 100% - Through first 6 days of class
- 50% - From the 7th day of class through the end of the second week
- 25% through the end of the 3rd week of class
No refund after end of the 3rd week of class. The Residence Hall Housing Agreement is for the full
academic year. Students who submit written notice of
cancellation to the Office of Housing prior to the
beginning of the academic year may receive a partial
refund of the advance deposit based upon date the
cancellation is received per the WKU catalog.
Residents who cancel their Residence Hall Housing
Agreement at anytime during the academic year, and
subsequently continue full-time enrollment, will not
receive any refund of their housing deposit and may
be assessed the full housing fee for all applicable
semesters.
